2010 Annual Meeting
Lake Wildwood Association, Inc. will conduct its annual membership meeting Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Lake Wildwood Club House. The purpose of the meeting is to certify the election of the 2010 Board of Directors’ vacancies and to conduct association business.
Immediately following the announcement that a quorum has been established, the meeting will proceed. The agenda for the Annual Meeting will be as follows:
1) Open with Prayer
2) Committee Reports
3) Call Meeting to order
4) Board of Directors roll call;
5) Reading of the 2009 Annual Meeting minutes;
6) New business items—Bylaws, CC&R, and other issues;
7) Meeting adjournment (items 3-7 is omitted if membership quorum is not present.)
Please remember, to participate in the Association’s annual meeting and election of Board of Director(s), you must be a “member in good standing”.
To ensure a smooth Board of Director(s) election, please return your enclosed ballot to either gate entrance or the LWW office no later than 5:00 PM March 25, 2010.
In addition, the Election Committee will host a “Meet the Candidates” event on March 6th at 10:30 AM at the Clubhouse. Candidates running for Director will be there to answer your questions. The enclosed biographies provide a brief introduction of this year’s candidates. At the “Meet the Candidates” event, the Election Committee will have ballots available to cast your vote.
Please mark your calendar to attend the 2010 LWW Annual Meeting and the “Meet the Candidates” event. Furthermore, be sure that your ballot is turned in by the deadline date stated above.
