Here is some updated news on the roads, the clubhouse, and the pool
  1. We signed a contract Friday to resurface Greentree Parkway from the Spillway to Rocky Creek.  This means that nearly 2 miles of Greentree will be repaired and resurfaced!  After these two sections are complete we will have 36 tons of asphalt that the contractor will provide and use to “overlay patch” all of the major potholes and sinkholes.

    This work should begin in early June and will be complete before the end of June.

  2. We also recently signed a contract is signed to have 2 of the air conditioners replaced and 1 repaired at the clubhouse.
  3. The pool will open on the 23rd of May.  Pool hours have been increased to Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30AM to 7:30PM.These hours are in effect for the summer months until school opens, then the hours will scale back to Friday thru Sunday, same hours.

    This schedule increased the total number of hours the pool is open for the summer without costing LWW any more for the contract.
